How do I pay for my order?
Online orders are cash on delivery. We do not take card payments on this website—you pay when your order arrives.
How long does delivery take?
We typically deliver within 2–7 days after your order is confirmed. Timing can vary by area and how busy we are.
Will I pay a delivery fee?
Whether you qualify for free delivery depends on your order total. The current threshold and messaging are shown in your bag while you shop (open your bag). Below that level, a delivery fee may be added when we confirm your order—the total you see right after checkout is your merchandise total until then.
Can I cancel or change my order?
While an order is still pending (not yet confirmed by us), contact support as soon as you can if you need a change or cancellation.
Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled through the website or your account. For any issue after that, contact our support team using the options in the site footer. You may also email info@atheerlb.com.
How do I track my order?
Sign in and open My orders in your account. Select an order to see status (placed, confirmed, processing, delivered) and delivery details.
How do I sign in?
Use the phone number you registered with and your password. If you added an email to your account, you can sign in with that instead.
Do you offer promo codes?
Yes, when we run promotions you can enter a code in your bag or at checkout. Codes have their own rules (expiry, minimum spend, etc.). You can also earn rewards through our loyalty programme when you shop.
How is my data used?
We explain what we collect and why in our Privacy Policy. When you register, you need to accept that policy before your account is created.
